When I think of my ideal summer bevvy, I think of a bright, bubbly, refreshing little mocktail — a drink that will cool me down after a day in the hot Texas sun. I am what the TikTok community would call a “drink girlie.” I love a beverage; whether it’s a cup of coffee, a glass of water with lemon, a glass of wine, or a refreshing mocktail, you will always find me with a few drink glasses following me around the house.

Strawberry lemonade is one of the most iconic duo combo for summer, in my opinion. There are so many ways to spice up a classic drink, I love to add basil, a little mint or even a dash of bitters for an extra boost of flavor.

Strawberry Lemonade Spritzer Mocktail
Description
Easy to make strawberry lemonade mocktail that is bright, bubbly and the perfect drink for a hot summer day.
Ingredients
- handful of washed strawberries
- juice of 1 lemon
- sprigs of basil
- 1 can of fresca
Instructions
- In a blender, blend your washed strawberries with your lemon juice
- Strain into a glass filled with crushed ice and top with fresca
- Garnish with a lemon slide and a sprig of basil
