Sugar-Free, Gluten-Free and Vegan Strawberry Crumble

The easiest dessert just in time for summer! This season, sugar-free, gluten-free, and vegan strawberries crumble a perfect way to enjoy ripe strawberries. 


Units Scale


  • 45 cups of sliced strawberries
  • zest of 1 lemon
  • 1 teaspoon of maple syrup (if your strawberries aren’t as sweet increase 12 teaspoons)
  • pinch of salt


  • 3 tablespoons of vegan butter
  • 4 tablespoons of old fashioned oats
  • pinch of salt
  • 3 tablespoons of maple syrup
  • 4 1/2 tablespoons of gluten-free flour
  • dash of ground cinnamon


  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and lightly grease your 3 ramekins with vegan butter
  2. In a bowl combine the filling ingredients and gently toss to coat the berries
  3. Add enough berries to each ramekin that the form little piles above the edge of the baking dish
  4. In a separate bowl, using a fork or your fingers combine the topping ingredients to form a rough crumble
  5. Top the ramekins with about 1/3 cups of crumble
  6. Place the ramekins on a baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes until the strawberries are soft and oozing or the crumble is golden brown
  7. Enjoy with vegan ice cream or plain
