- 2 ounces of aquafaba (from a can of chickpeas)
- 1/4 teaspoon of sugar
- 2 shots of vodka (can do more – aimed for 1 per person)
- 4 ounces of pomegranate juice
- juice from 1/2 of a lemon
- handful of ice
- 2 sprigs of rosemary
Instructions
- Open and drain your can of chickpea liquid through a fine mesh strainer into a glass
- Pour two ounces of the aquafaba that was just strained into a cocktail shaker with your ice, sugar, pomegranate juice, lemon juice. vodka and about 5 leaves from the rosemary
- Shake vigorously for 30 seconds to 1 minute
- Strain into your glasses through a cocktail strainer and garnish with rosemary
- Drink and enjoy responsibly
