Coconut is a flavor that I just LOVE! One little secret that I will share with you guys is a way to make your coconut chips just 100x better than they naturally are! Every time I get a bag of coconut flakes, I toss them into the oven for about 15-20 minutes to get them crunchy! Although, this is my second year (yikes) not in school, I still make snacks throughout the day that are healthy and easy to take to work! I've been eating these delicious snacks since I was a freshman in college! The carbs from the apple mixed with the protein & healthy fats from the peanut butter and coconut really help hold you over though those long classes!
