Buttercream is such a delicious and thick icing that is perfect for cakes, cupcakes and even cookies! I like making a vegan icing with coffee, 1. so I can eat it and 2. because it's less milky tasting and more deep in flavor! One of my favorite ways to eat this mocha icing is paired with sugar cookies, or my delicious ice box cookies (here). This recipe is the perfect fall frosting and not to mention amazing!
