Nectarine Sorbet

Nectarines are by far one of my favorite summer fruits! Tangy yet sweet and they have such a distinct taste, unlike any other fruit. I picked up a huge bag of nectarines and knew that there were two things that I needed to make with them; one was a sorbet and the other is yet to come.... stay tuned!

Nectarine Sorbet:

- 2 ripe Nectarines

- 1/2 of a banana

- 1 teaspoon of honey

- 1/2 cup of coconut milk

1. About 3 hours prior to making; slice your nectarines, banana and place in a bag in the freezer

2. When the fruit is frozen, place the fruit into a food processor and pulse for 2 minutes

3. Add in the honey and the coconut milk and blend for 4 minutes until smooth

4. Place the sorbet into a bread pan and freeze for an additional 20 minutes

5. Enjoy and serve cold!
