Classic Chocolate Chip Cookies

Who doesn't love a great chocolate chip cookie!? As I prep for my friends wedding (Im in charge of the cookies and the sweets) I'm baking dozens of chocolate chip cookies and its reminding me how amazing such a simple cookie can be! My secret to the perfectly crunchy yet soft cookie is dissolving the baking soda in hot water and pouring it into the batter! It's a technique that I figured out myself when I was younger. And seriously these are fool proof!
