Skillet Brownies

Hello Brownie lovers! I feel like its a universal trait that every person loves a great brownie. Crunchy edges, soft on the inside! Yes, well here is your brownie! I used my cast iron skillet to cook this brownie to perfection! If you haven't used a cast iron before for baking.... now is the time! I love using it for cookies, brownies, and even cinnamon rolls! The thick metal really holds in the heat and cooks the batter evenly.

Its been snowing like crazy here in Montana and I took this Sunday to bake all day in the warmth of my kitchen! With the occasional run around outside with the puppy! I whipped up this brownies in about 15 minutes and baked them for 25 which wasn't too long to wait for these yummy treats!
