The BEST Gluten Free Pizza Crust – ever
Ingredients
– 1 1/2 cups of room temperature water
– 1 packet of yeast
– 1-2 tsp of baking powder
– 3 tbsp of olive oil
– 1-2 tsp of salt
– 1/2 tsp of sugar or honey
– 2 – 2 1/4 cups of gluten-free flour
Instructions
- Before you start, you must use a walled baking sheet or walled pizza sheet. If you do not use a baking sheet with an edge you will have a oil mess all over the place
- please do not use a pizza stone
- Grease a walled baking sheet generously
- Cover your hands in olive oil and using your hand tap the dough into the olive oil-coated baking sheet. (Coat every edge of the baking sheet with olive oil before you push the dough out – generous olive oil usage!).
- Let rise for 1 hour
- Bake without sauce at 425 for 10 minutes
- Remove and add sauce + toppings, cook for about 15 minutes at 425 until the cheese is crispy

*you must use a baking sheet with an edge or the oil will spill in your oven
