fluffy, light and only 3 ingredients!
- 1 banana
- 1 egg or flax egg
- 2 tbsp of gluten-free oats
- in a blender combine your 3 ingredients
- heat up a small skillet with some vegan butter
- pour batter into your skillet and cook until bubbles start to form on one side
- flip and finish cooking
- remove from heat and top with fruit of choice and a drizzle of syrup!
